To my 3 nephews Elihu, Evan and John, sons of Jonathan Pugh and my sister Naomi, 2 lots of ground, containing 5 acres, also 1/2 part of another tract whereon a grist mill was built by their father and myself. To children of brother Mordecai Evans, deceased, Mary, Adna, Ruth, Mordecai and Catharine £20 each when of age. To nephew Eli Evans all my title to a tract of land in York Co., containing 182 acres. To nephew Jonathan Evans bond of £80 of the above Eli Evans. To niece Rachel Evans all household goods, etc. To niece Ann Pugh £15, and to her sister Mary Baldwin £15. To 2 nephews William and David Hilles £10 each. To nephew Samuel Nixon £5. To niece Mary Rimmy £10, including what her husband Adam Rimmy owes me. To my sister Margaret's daughter, Abigail, £10. To 3 children of brother George Evans, deceased, William, Amos and Phebe Wood £20 to be divided. To housekeeper Rachel Jurey £10. To brother Elihu Evans all remainder of estate, and executor.
